  • 1/2 c water
  • Cooking oil spray I used avocado

Instructions
 

  1. Heat a frying pan with cooking oil spray over high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips, grated ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until the chicken is golden on all sides. Then, set aside.
  4. In the same pan. Mix water, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and tomato paste.
