Notes

To make these Soft Garlic Butter Rolls gluten-free. Swap the all-purpose flour. With a gluten-free baking blend. That includes xanthan gum for structure. Since gluten-free dough can be stickier. You may need to adjust the water or flour ratio slightly. To get the right consistency—aim for a dough. That’s soft but not too wet. Letting the dough rise fully. Is especially important. With gluten-free flour. To ensure a good texture. These rolls can still be soft, and fluffy. And full of garlicky goodness. Even without gluten!
