Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 c plus 2 tablespoons peanut butter divided
  • 1 tablespoon beaten egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c old-fashioned oats

Chocolate Frosting:

  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). And lightly grease a 9 x 7-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl. Mix together the butter and both sugars. Until creamy.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Until well combined.
  4. Mix in the oats. Flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Until a dough forms.
  5. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking pan. And bake for 15 minutes.
