  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • ½ c granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ c all-purpose flour measured correctly
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 c butterscotch chips
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for garnish
  • Optional: walnuts

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets. With parchment paper.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together. In a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in the egg. And vanilla extract.
