Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoon butter
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 lb cooked chicken cut or shredded
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • 1 c milk
  • ½ c roasted red pepper chopped
  • 1 ½ c cheddar cheese mild
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease the bottom. And sides of your baking dish with butter.
  3. Cook the Onion: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. And sauté the chopped onion. Until it softens.
  4. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl. Combine the sautéed onion, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, roasted red peppers, and mayonnaise.
  5. Bake the Base: Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. And bake for 15 minutes.
