Brigadeiros are a popular Brazilian sweet. That’s simple to make. But packs a rich chocolate flavor. With just three main ingredients—sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder—these delicious bite-sized treats. Come together with minimal effort. Coated in chocolate sprinkles. Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 c of chocolate sprinkles

Instructions
 

  1. Melt the butter. In a medium saucepan. Over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the cocoa powder. And sweetened condensed milk. Blending until smooth.
  3. Continue stirring constantly. While cooking the mixture. Until it thickens. And begins to pull away. From the sides of the pan. About 10-14 minutes. Once thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch dish. Or a plate with a rim. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly. Over it into a thin layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to cool.
  6. When ready. Pour chocolate sprinkles. Into a shallow bowl. And prepare a plate or container. For the brigadeiros.
  7. Take the mixture. Out of the fridge. Grease your hands. And roll small portions of the chocolate mixture. Into balls. Coat each ball thoroughly. With sprinkles.
  8. Store the finished brigadeiros. In the fridge. Until ready to serve.
