  • 2 pounds small red potatoes quartered
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure optimal crisping during the roasting process.

Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Place the quartered red potatoes into a one-gallon zip-top bag or large mixing bowl. Add the vegetable oil and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.

Add Seasoning

  1. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the oiled potatoes. Seal the bag or continue mixing in the bowl until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Arrange and Bake

  1. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp, turning them halfway through the cooking time if desired.

Serve

  1. Remove from the oven and serve immediately as a flavorful accompaniment to your main dish.
