This Quick Beef and Noodles dish. Is a comforting weeknight dinner. That the whole family will love. It's a creamy, cheesy bowl of comfort. With tender egg noodles, and seasoned ground beef. And a mix of rich cream cheese and mushroom soup. Every bite. Is a delightful blend of savory beef, and soft noodles. And sweet bursts of corn. Plus, it’s super versatile! You can customize it. Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz bag of egg noodles
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • A pinch of onion powder adjust to your taste
  • A pinch of garlic powder adjust to your taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 oz can of whole kernel corn, well-drained
  • 1 5 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 1 8 oz bag of shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  1. Fill a large pot with water. Add a pinch of salt. And bring it to a boil. Once boiling. Cook the egg noodles. For around 7 minutes. Or until tender. Drain. And set aside.
  2. In the meantime. Heat a skillet. Over medium-high heat. And add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, and garlic powder. Salt, and pepper. Cooking the beef for 5-7 minutes. Until it's browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the cream cheese. And cream of mushroom soup. To the skillet. Stirring everything together. Until well combined. Which should take about 5 minutes. Next, gently fold in the drained noodles. And corn. Stir in the evaporated milk. Adjusting the consistency. To your preference. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. And cook for an additional 5 minutes. Until the cheese melts.

Notes

To make this recipe gluten-free. Simply replace the egg noodles. With your favorite gluten-free pasta. There are plenty of options. Like brown rice or chickpea noodles. That still gives you that hearty, comforting texture. Be sure to check the labels. On your cream of mushroom soup as well. As not all brands are gluten-free. Some varieties may contain hidden wheat ingredients. A quick swap of gluten-free options. Ensures everyone can enjoy this creamy, comforting dish. Without missing out. On the delicious flavors!
