24 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Prepare the Pan

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line the bottom with parchment paper, extending the parchment up the sides for easy removal. Set aside.

Heat-Treat the Flour

  1. Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through to ensure even heating. Allow the flour to cool completely before using.

Chill the Chocolate Chips

  1. Place the mini chocolate chips in the freezer and keep them chilled until ready to incorporate. This prevents melting when added to the warm fudge mixture.

Prepare the Cookie Dough Mixture

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the cooled flour and salt, then continue mixing until the dough is fully combined and uniform.

Prepare the Fudge Base

  1. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

Combine Mixtures

  1. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the cookie dough mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the frozen mini chocolate chips to prevent melting.

Transfer and Chill

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a rubber spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

Slice and Serve

  1. Once firm, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

To prepare this No-Bake Cookie Dough Fudge as a gluten-free dessert, substitute the all-purpose flour with a certified gluten-free flour blend intended for raw or heat-treated use. Ensure the flour is also heat-treated following the same microwave method. Verify that the mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk are processed in gluten-free facilities, as cross-contamination may occur with some brands. All other ingredients—such as butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla—are naturally gluten-free. With these adjustments, the final fudge will maintain its traditional texture and flavor.
