4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons creamy or crunchy no-stir salted peanut butter
  • Flaky salt optional

Instructions

Prepare the Plate and Utensils

  1. Line a small plate with parchment paper or foil. Arrange four small metal spoons on the prepared surface.

Melt the Chocolate

  1. Combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Portion the Peanut Butter

  1. Using a clean spoon, scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into each prepared metal spoon. Place each filled spoon onto the lined plate.

Coat with Chocolate and Freeze

  1. Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter in each spoon until fully covered. If desired, sprinkle with flaky salt. Transfer the plate to the freezer and chill for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Serve and Store

  1. Serve immediately. If storing, transfer the spoons to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
