Ingredients

  • 4 boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Begin by cutting each boneless chicken breast into three pieces to ensure even cooking.
  2. Allow the chicken pieces to soak in milk or buttermilk overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a bowl combine 1 cup of mayo (or Greek yogurt), ½ cup of parmesan, 1 teaspoon of powder, 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish measuring 9x13 inches.
  6. Thoroughly coat the chicken with the mayo mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for around 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches a level of 165°F (74°C).
  9. For a golden finish briefly broil the chicken.

Notes
