Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish measuring 9x13 inches.
  3. Take the chicken breasts. Season them with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Spread the mixture of mayo, over the chicken.
  6. Bake, for 20 to 25 minutes. Until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
