Ingredients

  • 1 lb refrigerated shredded hash browns
  • 1 c bacon bits
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl. Combine the shredded hash browns, and bacon bits. Shredded cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix until everything. Is well incorporated.
  2. Season the mixture. With a few pinches of salt. And pepper. For added flavor.
  3. Preheat your waffle iron. To medium-high heat. And make sure. To coat it with non-stick spray. To prevent sticking.
  4. Spoon about 1 cup of the mixture. Onto the waffle iron. Making sure to spread it. Evenly across the surface.
  5. Close the lid. And cook for 6-8 minutes. Or until golden brown. And crispy.
  6. Carefully remove from the waffle iron. And repeat. Until all the mixture. Is used up.
