Ingredients

  • 1 8- count package of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks cut into 8 equal pieces each
  • 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced finely
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • A pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. To get it ready for baking.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit package. And split each biscuit. In half. Using your hands. Or a rolling pin. Flatten each piece. To about 1/4 inch thick. Keeping it round.
  3. Mix the Seasonings: In a small bowl. Combine the melted butter. With minced garlic, and chopped parsley. And a pinch of salt. This blend will be used to flavor the biscuits. And add a buttery glaze.
  4. Assemble the Biscuits: Place two pieces of mozzarella. In the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough. Over the cheese. Pressing the edges to seal. And form a dough ball. Place each ball. Seam-side down. On a lightly colored baking sheet. To ensure even cooking.
  5. Bake: Brush each dough ball generously. With the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Or until the biscuits. Turn golden brown on top.
