Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ small red onion finely diced
  • ½ red bell pepper diced
  • 3 celery stalks diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Combine the Salad Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, red onion, red bell pepper, and diced celery. Gently toss the ingredients together until evenly distributed.

Prepare the Dressing

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, crumbled feta, dried dill, oregano, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt, if necessary.

Mix the Salad

  1. Spoon the feta-mayo dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Using a spatula or large spoon, gently fold the ingredients together until the salad is evenly coated.
