Everything Bagel Cheese Ball

This Everything Bagel Cheese Ball is basically all the best parts of an everything bagel, but in a creamy, scoopable dip! It’s got a smooth mix of cream cheese and sharp white Cheddar, with just a touch of horseradish for a little kick. The crunchy everything bagel seasoning on the outside gives each bite that classic flavor we all love. It’s the perfect combo of creamy, tangy, and savory, and it goes so well with bagel chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. It’s super easy to throw together, makes a great make-ahead snack, and is always a crowd-pleaser!
8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 c shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • Bagel chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded white Cheddar, sliced green onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until everything’s well combined. Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge to chill for at least an hour so the flavors can really blend.
  2. While the cheese mixture chills, stir together the poppy seeds, toasted sesame seeds, dried garlic, and dried onion in a small bowl—this will be the crunchy, flavorful coating.
  3. When the cheese mixture is firm, shape it into a ball and roll it around in the seasoning mix until it’s fully coated.
  4. Place on a serving plate with bagel chips or fresh veggies on the side, and you’re ready to dig in! If there are any leftovers, just wrap the cheese ball tightly and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
