Ingredients

  • c graham cracker crumbs 10 to 12 whole crackers
  • ¼ c packed light or dark brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 can 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ c thawed lemonade concentrate
