This Easy Chicken Gyoza recipe. Is a family favorite. That combines the fragrant flavors of ginger, garlic, and scallions. With tender ground chicken. All wrapped up in delicate gyoza wrappers. Ingredients

For the Gyoza Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 scallion chopped
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1- inch knob ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp finely diced scallions
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Miscellaneous:

  • 1 12- oz package gyoza wrappers about 30 wrappers
  • c water
  • Avocado oil for frying

Instructions
 

  1. Make the Sauce: Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped scallion, and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, finely diced scallions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Assemble Gyoza: Lay out gyoza wrappers. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each wrapper. Brush edges with water, fold over, and pinch to seal.
  4. Cook Gyoza: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gyoza in a single layer. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Serve: Remove the gyoza from the skillet. Serve hot with the gyoza sauce.

Notes
