Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 oz ranch seasoning mix packet
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix packet
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter sliced into pats
  • 1/3 c sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tbsp pepperoncini juice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. And lightly grease. An 11x7-inch baking dish.
  2. Dry the chicken breasts. Using paper towels. Then place them evenly. In the prepared dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the ranch seasoning. And au jus gravy mix. Over the chicken.
  4. Top the chicken. With pats of butter, and sliced pepperoncini. And drizzle with the pepperoncini juice.
  5. Bake uncovered. For 30-35 minutes. Or until the chicken. Reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. If desired. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm. Over mashed potatoes. Or rice. Enjoy!
