4bonelessskinless chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat
1c.Parmesan cheese - dividedor sharp Cheddar, or Asiago

Instructions
Into large strips or chunks, cut each chicken breast.
In a bowl, combine the milk and buttermilk. Add the chicken strips/chunks and marinate for at least 20 - 30 minutes up to overnight.
Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix the mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a small bowl until well combined.
After marinating the chicken strips/chunks, transfer them into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Over the chicken, evenly spread the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until the chicken breasts are fully cooked. To get them extra browned on top, broil for 1 - 2 minutes.
Serve the melt in -your mouth chicken immediately with your favorite veggies, such as steamed fresh broccoli. If desired, season with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
