Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 large eggs whisked
  • 1 8 oz package crescent dough
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
  • 8 cooked breakfast sausage links

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the eggs until softly scrambled, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on the prepared pan. Place a half slice of cheese on each triangle. Divide the scrambled eggs and sausage links on top.
  4. Roll up each triangle and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
