Which are topped with a rich caramel sauce. Melted peanut butter chocolate chips. And sprinkled with chopped peanuts. And mini chocolate chips. It’s a delightful, no-fuss treat.   • 1 to 2 sleeves of saltine crackers
  • 1 c 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 10 ounces bag of peanut butter chocolate chips
  • c unsalted peanuts chopped
  • ¼ c mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. And line a baking sheet with foil. Ensuring it's fully covered. Arrange the saltine crackers. In a single layer. Filling the sheet completely.
  2. In a small saucepan. Melt the butter. Over medium heat. Once melted. Stir in the brown sugar. And cook. Until the sugar dissolves. And the mixture. Begins to bubble. Let it simmer. For about 30 seconds.
  3. Quickly pour the hot caramel mixture. Over the saltines. Using a spatula. To spread it evenly. Over the crackers.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the peanut butter chocolate chips. Across the top. Then place the baking sheet. In the oven.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Until the chocolate chips soften. Remove from the oven. And use a spatula. To gently spread the melted chocolate. Into an even layer.
  6. While the mixture is still warm. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts. And mini chocolate chips. Over the top.
  7. Let the candy cool completely. Then transfer the baking sheet. To the fridge. For at least 30 minutes. To set.
  8. Once firm. Break the candy. Into cracker-sized pieces. And enjoy!
