Ingredients

  • 2 c shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ c grated parmesan
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning divided

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F, and don’t forget to grease two muffin pans to keep the crisps from sticking.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the shredded cheddar, grated parmesan, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning until everything’s well combined.
  3. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup. Once filled, sprinkle the tops with the rest of the everything bagel seasoning for that extra flavor boost.
  4. Pop them in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until they’re puffed up and golden brown.
