Ingredients

  • Crusts from 1 loaf of sandwich bread
  • ½ c butter melted
  • ¼ c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. And lightly grease. A muffin tin. With butter.
  2. In a small bowl. Combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Take the crusts. And roll them. Into small spiral shapes. Then place them snugly. Into the bottom of each section of the muffin tin.
  4. Use the bottom of a cup. Or the back of a spoon. To press down. The bread crust spirals. Ensuring they hold their shape.
  5. Generously spoon the butter mixture. Over each roll. Making sure to cover the tops.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Or until the tops. Turn slightly golden.
  7. Serve warm. And enjoy!
