Ingredients

Instructions
 

  1. Beat together the cream cheese. And sugar. Until smooth. Then mix in the vanilla extract. And graham cracker crumbs. Use a small scoop. Or melon baller. To form the cheesecake mixture. Into 1-inch balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet. And freeze. For 30-60 minutes.
  2. When you're ready to fry. Heat oil. In a deep pan. To 350°F. In a large bowl. Whisk together the flour, and sugar. Baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk. Until a batter forms.
  3. Coat each cheesecake ball. In the batter. Then gently place them. Into the hot oil. Fry in batches. For 2-3 minutes. Turning occasionally. To ensure even cooking.
