Notes

To make this Crescent Cordon Bleu gluten-free, replace the regular crescent roll dough with a gluten-free version. Many grocery stores carry gluten-free dough options. Also, ensure your deli ham is gluten-free - most are, but it's always best to double-check the packaging. For the Italian seasoning, again, check the labels to confirm there are no hidden gluten-containing ingredients. Enjoy this delightful, gluten-free version of Crescent Cordon Bleu!
