Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 6 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning salt-free
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Cook the spaghetti. According to the package directions. Then drain. And set aside.
  2. While the pasta is boiling. Start making the sauce. In a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic. For about a minute. Just until it becomes fragrant. Reduce the heat to low. Then stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring gently. Until the sauce becomes smooth. And creamy. But be careful. Not to let it boil. Once smooth. Remove the skillet from the heat. And stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Tossing it gently. To ensure every strand is coated. In the rich sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Then serve immediately.
