Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour
Creamy Grape Salad blends red and green grapes with a sweetened cream cheese and sour cream dressing, topped with brown sugar and pecans. A simple, no-bake dessert or side dish perfect for gatherings.
8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes
  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Mixture:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat or whisk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and fully blended.

Incorporate the Grapes:

  1. Gently fold the red and green grapes into the cream mixture, ensuring each grape is evenly coated. Stir carefully to avoid bruising the fruit.

Chill the Salad:

  1. Transfer the mixture to a clean serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to set.

Add Topping and Serve:

  1. Just before serving, evenly sprinkle the surface with light brown sugar and chopped pecans. Serve chilled.
