This Creamy Boursin Pasta. Is a dreamy combination of roasted tomatoes, garlic. And the herby richness of Boursin cheese. All tossed with tender pasta. The flavors blend beautifully. As the warm cheese melts. Into the tomatoes. Creating a luscious sauce. That coats every bite. It's one of those dishes. That feels fancy. But is super simple to make. Ingredients

  • 250 grams of dry pasta we used shells, but any shape works
  • 1 package 150 grams Boursin herb and garlic cheese
  • 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes any color – roughly 4 cups total
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping optional

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a baking dish (approximately 8x12"). Toss together the tomatoes, olive oil. And freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Create a space. In the center of the dish. And set the Boursin Herb & Garlic cheese. In that spot.
  4. Bake at 400°F. For about 30 minutes.
  5. While the tomato. And cheese mixture is baking. Cook your pasta. In a large pot. Of salted boiling water. According to the package instructions. Until al dente. Drain the pasta once cooked.
  6. After 30 minutes. Switch the oven to broil. And broil the dish. For an additional 2 minutes. Just until the tomatoes. And cheese. Turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven. And mix in the chopped garlic, fresh parsley. And the cooked pasta. Making sure everything. Is evenly coated.
  8. If you like. Sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan on top. Before serving.

Notes

To make this Creamy Boursin Pasta gluten-free. Simply swap out the regular pasta. For your favorite gluten-free variety. Look for a sturdy pasta. Like gluten-free penne or rotini. That holds up well. To the creamy sauce. The Boursin cheese. And roasted tomato mixture. Will still create that same deliciously smooth, herby coating. That everyone will love. Just be sure to check.
