- 1 box Orange jello
- 1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 c. boiling water
- ½ c. cold water
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges
- 1 c. pastel-colored miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Start by dissolving orange jello in a bowl. Add one cup of boiling water and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Next, pour half a cup of water into the bowl. Let it chill for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
- Then sprinkle the instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix into the bowl. Whisk it well until everything is combined.
- Chill the mixture for another 20 minutes or so until it thickens more.
- Now gently fold in eight ounces of Cool Whip along, with mandarin oranges and one cup of marshmallows.
- Refrigerate the mixture for one to two hours to let it set.
- Before serving you can garnish it with some mandarin oranges, optional marshmallows and mint leaves. Enjoy your treat!
