Ingredients

  • 2/3 c all-purpose flour
  • 5 1/2 c sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  1. Set your temperature to 350 degrees.
  2. Line your baking sheets, with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl mix together 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 5 1/2 cups of sweetened coconut flakes and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  4. To the mixture stir in 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of almond extract. Make sure everything is well combined.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to place spoonfuls of the mixture onto your baking sheets.
  6. Place them in the oven. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until they start to turn a lovely golden brown color.
  7. Let the macaroons cool completely before serving.
