  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, light brown sugar, melted butter, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Make the Filling:

  1. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
  2. In a blender, blend cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream and blend again. Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
  4. Set aside the smooth filling.

Create the Cinnamon Swirl:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until smooth.

Assemble and Bake:
