2 Servings

Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup and crushed peppermint candies for rimming glasses
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional garnish: candy canes, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chocolate cold foam

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses

  1. Pour a small amount of chocolate syrup onto a shallow plate. Place the crushed peppermint candies on another plate. Dip the rim of each glass into the syrup, then into the crushed candies to coat. Place the glasses in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.

Blend the Drink

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract. Blend until the mixture is fully incorporated and smooth.

Optional Chilling

  1. For a colder, slightly thicker consistency, refrigerate the blended mixture for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Serve and Garnish

  1. Remove the prepared glasses from the refrigerator. Pour the blended drink into each glass. Garnish with candy canes, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or other toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
