This Chocolate Depression Cake. Is a deliciously simple, no-fuss dessert. That hails from the Great Depression era. When common ingredients. Like eggs and butter were scarce. Made with just pantry staples like flour, cocoa, and vinegar. This cake is surprisingly moist. And rich. My family was shocked. At how flavorful it is. Without the traditional cake ingredients! It’s topped with a creamy chocolate frosting. And rainbow sprinkles. For a nostalgic touch. Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet. But don’t want to break the bank.
