Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 family-size pack of Oreo cookies
  • c melted unsalted butter

Filling:

  • 2 8 oz blocks softened cream cheese
  • 2 3.4 oz boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix (dry powder only)
  • 2 ½ c whole milk
  • ½ c store-bought caramel sauce

Topping:

  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Assembly:

  • 1 c caramel sauce
  • 1 c hot fudge sauce
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 15 optional turtle candies for garnish

Instructions
 

  1. Place the Oreos. In a food processor. And pulse. Until fine crumbs form. Reserve 1 ½ cups of the crumbs. For later use. Combine the remaining crumbs. With the melted butter. And press the mixture. Evenly into the bottom. Of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a stand mixer. Fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat the cream cheese. On medium-low speed. Until smooth. Gradually add the pudding powder. And continue mixing. Until combined. Slowly incorporate the milk. A little at a time. On low speed. To prevent lumps. Stir in the caramel sauce. Until fully blended. Spread this mixture. Over the cookie crust.
  3. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs. Over the filling. Followed by drizzling. Half of the caramel sauce. And hot fudge. Scatter half of the chopped pecans. Over the top.
  4. In a separate bowl. Whip the heavy cream. With powdered sugar, and vanilla. On medium-low speed. Until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream. Evenly over the top layer. Cover the dish. With plastic wrap. And refrigerate. For at least 6-8 hours. Or preferably overnight. For cleaner slices. Freeze the dessert overnight. Before cutting.
  5. Just before serving. Drizzle the remaining caramel. And hot fudge. Over the top. And sprinkle. With the remaining pecans. And optional turtle candies.
