These Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas are crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Made with shredded chicken, bacon, ranch, and melted cheese between buttery toasted tortillas. A quick and satisfying meal in just 20 minutes.
2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded taco blend cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas 8-inch size
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

  1. Lay two of the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread half of the ranch dressing over one side of each tortilla.

Assemble the Filling:

  1. On top of the ranch layer, distribute the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and taco blend cheese evenly.

Top the Quesadillas:

  1. Take the remaining two tortillas and spread the rest of the ranch dressing on one side of each. Place them, dressing side down, over the assembled filling to form a sandwich.

Cook the Quesadillas:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Carefully place each quesadilla into the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve:

  1. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a minute or two. Slice into quarters and serve warm. Optional: serve with additional ranch for dipping.
