These Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Pinwheels. Are a delicious blend of creamy spinach, tangy artichokes, and gooey cheese. All wrapped up in flaky crescent rolls. Perfect for any occasion. Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 c baby spinach chopped
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 8-oz tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a pie plate.
  2. Mix artichokes, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls. And press seams to form a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the short side. And slice into eight pieces. Place cut side down in the pie plate and brush with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
