Ingredients

  • 1 large stalk of celery diced
  • 1/2 of a yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 c of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 11- ounce can of shoepeg corn drained
  • 14- ounce can of French-style green beans drained
  • 10.75- ounce can of condensed cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 c of melted butter

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven. To 350°F. And lightly grease. An 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl. Combine the chopped celery, onion, red pepper, shredded cheese, drained corn, green beans, cream of celery soup, and sour cream. Stir everything together. Until well blended. And season with salt and pepper. To your taste.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly. In the greased dish. Top with crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter. And bake. For 45 minutes. Until golden. And bubbly.
