  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bunches of asparagus
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Monterey cheese shredded
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Dish: Take a baking dish measuring 9x13 inches and pour in 1 cup of whipping cream.
