Instructions
Prepare the Crust
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the melted butter and salt, pulsing until the mixture is well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Cream Cheese Layer
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps. Add the powdered sugar and milk, then continue beating until the mixture is fully combined. Fold in 1 c of whipped topping along with 1/2 c of the crushed candy canes. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Pudding Layer
In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes with 2 3/4 c cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Final Topping
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set properly.
Garnish and Serve
Just before serving, sprinkle the top with the remaining crushed candy canes. Slice and serve chilled.
