Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Tomato Mixture
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine the grape tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and dried basil. Mix thoroughly to ensure the tomatoes are evenly coated.
Add the Boursin Cheese
Nestle the two rounds of Boursin Cheese in the center of the tomato mixture. Ensure they are partially submerged for even melting.
Bake the Dish
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the tomatoes have blistered and begun to burst, and the cheese is soft and creamy.
Cook the Pasta
While the tomato mixture bakes, boil the rotini pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
Combine Ingredients
Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the tomatoes and melted cheese together to create a creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, mixing until the pasta is evenly coated.
Serve and Garnish
Serve the pasta immediately, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy warm for the best flavor and texture.
