Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Unveiling a dessert sensation, our Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls artfully blend the velvety allure of cheesecake with the juicy burst of fresh blueberries, all enveloped in a tender crescent roll. Every bite delivers a symphony of flavors - the delicate sweetness of powdered sugar, the fragrant hint of vanilla, and the buttery goodness of the dough.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 8 ounces tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2/3 c fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl combine 3 ounces of cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar until it becomes a smooth mixture.
  3. Take the crescent roll triangles. Lay them out. Spread a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on the end of each triangle and then line them with blueberries.
  4. Start rolling each triangle from the end, toward the tip.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes. Until they turn golden brown.
  7. Serve and savor!
