Notes

For those who adore the tantalizing mix of blueberries and blondies but need a gluten-free option, you're in luck! Transforming this recipe into a gluten-free delight is surprisingly simple and doesn't compromise on the blissful taste and texture. Swap the all-purpose flour with your favorite gluten-free flour blend – one that's designed for 1:1 substitution works best. Remember, gluten-free flour blends vary in composition, so choose one that's known for yielding soft, moist bakes. Also, give the batter a little extra love with a gentle mix to ensure even distribution of ingredients, as gluten-free flour can sometimes behave differently.
