Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
Brown the Beef
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
Season and Sauce
Sprinkle the beef mixture with Italian seasoning, then stir in the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Allow the mixture to simmer for several minutes to blend flavors.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
