Notes

Swap out the dough with a gluten-free option. While it might be challenging to find gluten-free phyllo. You can achieve an outcome by using gluten-free pastry sheets. Found in select health food stores or online. If those are not readily available. You can try creating your mix using gluten flours. Like almond or coconut flour. For the filling to maintain that rich nutty taste. For the breadcrumbs in the filling. Consider using gluten breadcrumbs or even almond meals as a healthy alternative. Always remember. Cooking is about adapting and infusing love into each step. By making these changes. Your Baklava Rolls will not only cater to those with gluten sensitivities. Also embodies the inclusive essence of Mediterranean hospitality.
