Baked Hawaiian Pizza Dip Recipe

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
This Baked Hawaiian Pizza Dip is basically everything you love about a Hawaiian pizza but in a warm, cheesy dip form. It’s got juicy chunks of pineapple, bits of savory ham, and layers of melted mozzarella and parmesan all mixed into a creamy, tangy pizza sauce base. Perfect for game days, parties, or whenever you’re craving something a little different, it’s the kind of dip that has everyone going back for seconds (and thirds). Pair it with crusty bread, pita chips, or even fresh veggies, and watch it disappear!
8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 2 1/2 c mozzarella cheese split into portions
  • 1/2 c shredded parmesan divided
  • 1/3 c chopped ham
  • 1 can 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 c sliced red onion
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon diced jalapeño if you like a little kick!
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • For garnish: red pepper flakes, fresh basil, and extra pineapple if you want a pop of flavor on top
  • Serve with bread or pita chips

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F and give an 8x8-inch baking dish a light coating of oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add in the pizza sauce, 2 cups of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of parmesan, red onions, jalapeño (if you like it spicy), Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Give everything a good mix until it’s all nicely combined.
  3. Spoon this mixture into your greased baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan over the top. Arrange the pineapple tidbits and chopped ham on top, and add an extra sprinkle of Italian seasoning if you want a little extra flavor.
  4. Pop it in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Serve it hot with some crusty bread or crunchy pita chips for dipping – perfect for sharing!

Notes

Going gluten-free with this dip? Easy fix! Just pair it with gluten-free crackers, tortilla chips, or even some fresh veggie sticks to keep it safe and still delicious. And here’s a quick reminder: make sure to check your pizza sauce and seasonings since some can have hidden gluten in them. This way, you’ll have a crowd-pleaser that everyone can enjoy without any worries.
