Baked Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese , softened to room temperature
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
  • cup fresh cranberries

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Prepare the base:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, along with the rosemary and garlic powder. Mix until evenly combined.

Incorporate the cranberries:

  1. Gently fold in the cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer to baking dish:

  1. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly across the top.

Bake:

  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 22–26 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cranberries have begun to soften and burst.

Serve:

  1. Present hot from the oven alongside crackers, toasted bread slices, or pita chips.
