Notes

To savor the Bacon Jalapeño Creamed Corn in a gluten-free rendition all you need to do is make a simple swap. Instead of using all-purpose flour use a gluten-free flour blend. These blends are specifically formulated to replicate the thickening capabilities of wheat flour, without the inclusion of gluten. This guarantees that you will still achieve that creamy texture in your dish. Look for a blend that serves as a 1:1 replacement, for wheat flour to make things even easier.
