Ingredients

  • 2 c apples peeled and diced
  • ¼ c brown sugar packed
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon divided
  • ¾ c granulated sugar
  • 32 oz refrigerator biscuits 2 packages

For the Sauce:

  • ½ c 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. Mix apples, ¼ c brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Whisk granulated sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
  4. Layer 1/3 of the apples and 1/3 of the biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan; repeat until all are used.
  5. Mix melted butter, 1 c brown sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour over biscuits and apples.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking at 45 minutes to cover with foil if needed.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
  8. Serve warm.
