Ingredients

  • ½ cup 118 ml lemon juice
  • 1 cup 237 ml rum
  • 2 ½ cups 592 ml apple cider
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprigs cinnamon sticks, apple slices, lemon slices, and star anise (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, rum, and apple cider. Stir thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Add Ice:

  1. Just before serving, add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher. Stir gently to chill the mixture.

Serve and Garnish:

  1. Pour the prepared mixture into individual glasses, leaving some space at the top. Add a splash of club soda to each glass for a refreshing fizz.

Final Touches:

  1. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint, a cinnamon stick, a slice of apple or lemon, and, if desired, a star anise for a visually appealing and aromatic finish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
